LATE CHECK-IN
If previously communicated, allowed with a supplement of 35.00 euro until 24:00.
Check-in is not possible after 00:00.
ADVANCED CHECK -IN
Luggage storage and key collection before 15:00 is not possible for our accomodation.
The availability of the apartment begins from 3:00 P.M. onwards.

ARRIVAL TIME
Inform us about the arrival time before coming to the Lateran Charming House, so we can efficiently manage your reservation.
DELIVERY OF KEYS
Once arrived at the property, our agent will welcome you and he will give you the key of the apartment.
TOURIST TAX
Tourist tax is not included in the price of the apartment. The tariff is 6 euro per night per person and it must be paid by link before check-in.
The fee doesn’t apply to children under 10 years old and it can be request for a maximum of 10 nights.
FREE TOILETRIES
Bath Towels and Sheets are included in the price.
Cleaning Service comes 35 EUR and it is not included in the price
NO SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed.
